Job Overview
We are hiring an elite Digital Marketing Director who is not just experienced but exceptional at what they do. You will lead a team of graphic designers and social media marketing agents, ensuring that every campaign is executed flawlessly. Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute high-level marketing strategies for multiple brands, ensuring each campaign aligns with business goals.
● Lead, manage, and mentor a team of graphic designers and social media marketing agents to deliver outstanding marketing campaigns.
● Ensure high-quality execution of all digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
● Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency, automate tasks, and optimize content creation and marketing processes.
● Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI.
● Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and industry shifts to keep our clients ahead of the competition.
● Directly engage with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience, ensuring strategic alignment.
● Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, effectively allocating budgets for maximum returns.
● Lead crisis management and problem-solving in the event of underperforming campaigns or urgent client needs.
● Ensure efficiency and timely delivery of all marketing assets, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
